When we decided to have the interior of our home totally repainted, we called several paint contractors for estimates. Over the course of about three weeks, we played phone tag with several contractors and had a couple no shows for scheduled appointments, without the courtesy of a phone call to let us know they couldn't make it. I found out about Jim through a West Endicott neighbor who believes we should always use local help.

Jim returned my call promptly and arrived for our meeting on time. He had all his color swatches and was full of good ideas for my painting. As I was going away for two weeks, I left a key for him so he could come and go as he pleased.
